Dr. Andy Hsiau is the principal dentist of Dental Local practice. Dr. Andy Hsiau emigrated from Taiwan with his family to establish a new life in Sydney back in 1990. After going through local public school he was admitted into Sydney University Dental School and graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2000.
After working for northern Sydney private practice for 3 years, he then went back to Sydney University and obtained his Master of Dental Science degree specializing in Community Oral Health in 2005.
Dr. Andy Hsiau has spent most of his dental career working with respected and well-known dentists. For whom are considered Sydney’s leading prosthodontics and cosmetic surgeons. The experience and knowledge gained have proven invaluable to his dental career.
Dr. Hsiau has shown great interest in all aspects of general dentistry, in particular, the preventive and minimally invasive dentistry. His knowledge and experience in cosmetic dentistry will sure to create many more awesome smiles in the year to come.
Dr. Hsiau has always maintained his strive to be a better dentist. He has recently attended courses on further cosmetic and problem diagnostic skills. Andy is highly committed to continually educate himself and those working with him. He realizes that no one person can be good at everything, so he has carefully chosen a team of professional staff to work around him, to complement each other and provide the quality of treatment patients can expect.

Dr Misty Wang is a motivated dentist graduated from University of Adelaide.
Misty can speak fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), she enjoys help putting smiles on her patients.
Outside of dentistry, she likes to travel, cooking, as well as playing musical instruments including the piano.
Dr Melody Chen grew up in Auckland and moved to Adelaide for dental school, where she graduated with first class honours. Following this, she moved to Sydney for work and has been here since 2020.
Melody enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is committed to making sure your experience is as pleasant as possible. She prioritises spending time with patients to ensure they thoroughly understand their condition and treatment options, allowing them to make a fully informed choice. Melody also regularly attends professional development courses to keep her skills up to date. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and the Shanghai dialect.
Outside of the clinic, Melody enjoys trying new types of fitness but is also equally happy spending a day indoors with a good book. She is always on the lookout for recommendations!
Dr. Yang graduated from Bachelor of Dental Surgery at James Cook University, Cairns and Townsville campus. She has previously working experience in public and private sector in Cairns, Hobart and Townsville.
Dr. Yang has enjoyed all aspect of dentistry in particular cosmetic dental treatment, root canal treatments and paediatric dental care. She enjoys providing gentle and comfortable dental cares for her patients.
Since graduating from dental school, she is continuously attending professional development courses and lectures in various fields of dentistry, including implantology, orthodontics and endodontic. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling catching up with friends.
Dr Ingar Wong graduated from Griffith University on the Gold Coast with a Bachelor of Dental Science and a Master of Dentistry, both of which were awarded with distinction.
Ingar is a highly empathetic and compassionate dentist who is committed to putting patients first and providing the best possible care. He also has a very keen eye for detail and always strives for the highest possible clinical standards. Ingar has had experience in both public and private clinics and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a special interest in oral surgery and endodontics. He believes in providing minimally invasive, high quality and pain-free personalised dentistry backed by evidence-based and modern techniques. Ingar regularly attends many professional development courses, lectures and conferences in order to master his skills and learn about the latest technological developments. He is also fluent in Cantonese.
